It's FLU season 😕

It's flue season and I'm constantly In contact with people! One way I keep my immune system strong  and in tip top shape is this immunity booster from Pressed juicerey! Hello all you beauty lovers! Can I say Weeeerk it Hope Weeerk it! It was such a please to work with this two time Olympic Gold medalist for the 2013  Espy's! This half up do was inspired by her hubby! We wanted to show

Lavender Is oh so Royal

Hii my LoVEs! My nails are ooh SO Royal!! Purple is one of my FAVorite colors as you can see! I die for the light and dark contrast between these two purples. Hello my Beauty LoVErs! So I have been playing with wearing my hair natural! To be honest I've always told myself "you can't wear your hair natural" or "Nia your hair is too thick to wear natural"until I found this miracle product! Ladies this Shea butter oil keeps my hair hydrated and soft without weighing it down and clogging my hair follicles! Spay a little on your scalp and brush through or spray a little on your hands and run it through from root to ends! It's a must try! Life changing  moment ladies and gents! Hello my beauties! I have one word for you, Airbrush! It has changed my life and I have to say I'm OBSESSED! Using circular motions, 4 or 5 inches away from your canvas you have the option to lightly layer or build your layers which will add more coverage! Must try!

Problem skin!

Happy monday my loves! My good friend and Client asked me to share this little tip I live by to help promote clean clear skin. Use a face towel! It's so simple but very affective! We tend to lather our face, rinse and go but we don't realize how much dirt is still left on our face! I recommend using a light color face towel so you can see exactly what coming off of your face! I hope this helps!

This face wash is my new obsession!! Not only does it make my wallet smile being under $10 it's leaves my skin squeaky clean with out having that tight itchy skin from being over dried. I meeeeean it's a must have or at least must try!
